Bikerornot vs. Bikerunity?

  Bikerornot is a social networking site for bikers, so is Bikerunity. There is no reason to compare sites, I don't know why people insist on doing it. Bikerornot was created in 2005, Bikerunity was created in 20010. Bikerunity was NOT created to replace Bikerornot, Bikerunity was created because I like motorcycles, bikers, social networking,,,so I combined them all to create Bikerunity. Many members of Bikerunity are also members of Bikerornot, also known as BON. Bikerornot was originally created for bikers and motorcycle enthusiasts to rate photos of other biker's photos, you can see what it used to look like here: Wayback Machine. Bikerunity was created for bikers and and motorcycle enthusiasts to find like minded people to meet, connect, and get to know one another.

  I joined Bikerornot in the spring of '09, and immediately assumed it was a dating site for bikers. I stayed away for a few months, but eventually returned to Bikerornot, and did end up meeting some cool people. I eventually got tired of the foolishness that went on in chat, and decided to build my own biker social networking site, Bikerunity. Although my intentions were for Bikerunity NOT to become a dating site for bikers, it seems that what some people are using it for. I say, to each his/her own. While Bikerunity may not have as many members as Bikerornot, we are growing daily. The members of Bikerunity are a great bunch of people, each with their own views on bikers, the biker lifestyle, and just plain old life. I will be adding more of my thoughts about bikers, motorcycles, biker dating, and social networking for bikers at a later time.
